Terms of Service

1. Service

HC Real is a mobile AI companion that helps users remember context, ask questions, use Vision features and receive AI-generated responses.

2. Early-access product

HC Real is still evolving. Features, limits, pricing, availability, supported platforms and technical architecture may change as the product develops.

3. AI limitations

HC Real can generate helpful responses, but AI can make mistakes. HC Real is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, security or safety advice. You are responsible for final decisions and actions.

4. Trial and subscription

HC Real may offer a free trial followed by a paid monthly subscription. The current planned Premium subscription price is €16.99 per month.

Billing, invoices, payment methods, subscription updates and cancellation are handled through Stripe. You may cancel anytime through the billing portal when available.

5. Access and usage limits

Access to chat, Vision and other features may depend on trial status, subscription status, daily usage limits, technical availability, abuse prevention or service maintenance.

6. Local memory and device data

HC Real stores user memory locally on the device. If you delete the app, clear app data, lose the device or change devices, local memory may be lost unless a future export or migration feature is provided.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HC Real to abuse, attack, spam, exploit, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the service, backend, payment systems or third-party providers.

8. No guarantee of continuous availability

HC Real may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, API limits, payment issues or technical problems. We will try to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
