1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using HC Real, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, Android application, subscription, trial access, or related services.

These Terms apply to HC Real's website, Android app, authentication, trial access, subscriptions, voice features, vision features, local memory features, and cloud AI requests.

2. What HC Real is

HC Real is a private AI companion for Android designed to support everyday conversations, voice interaction, vision analysis, and local memory. It is built to help you talk, think, remember what matters, and understand what you see.

HC Real separates local memory from cloud intelligence. Your long-term memory is stored on your device, while cloud AI may be used when needed to generate replies or analyze images.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use online services and enter into these Terms in your country of residence. HC Real is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use online services without parental consent.

4. Account and authentication

HC Real may require email authentication to create or access an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access to your email secure, and using HC Real only through your own authorized account.

We may use verification codes, account status checks, subscription checks, and usage limits to protect the service and manage access.

5. Trial access

HC Real may offer a free trial. The length, availability, and conditions of the trial may depend on the version of the app, testing program, store configuration, or current offer.

Trial access may be limited by account, device, email address, usage, or other anti-abuse measures. We may change or end a trial offer where necessary to protect the service or comply with platform rules.

6. Subscriptions and billing

HC Real Personal may be offered as a monthly paid subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, currency, taxes, and billing details will be shown at checkout or inside the relevant billing flow before purchase.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. We do not store full payment card numbers on HC Real servers. Billing records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Renewals and cancellation

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing flow, customer portal, app settings, store interface, or support channel made available for your account.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but may not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or stated in the applicable billing flow.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the payment provider, store rules, and the circumstances of the purchase. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact verify@humancoreid.com.

9. Local memory

HC Real may store memory entries, app state, preferences, and relevant context locally on your device. This local memory is part of the product experience and is designed to help HC Real remember what matters without creating a permanent cloud memory profile.

You are responsible for managing your device, backups, app data, and local storage. If you clear app data, uninstall the app, reset your device, or delete your account, local memory may be lost.

10. Cloud AI responses

HC Real may send necessary request content to cloud AI systems through our backend to generate replies, continue conversations, or perform requested analysis. This can include your message and limited relevant context needed to produce a useful response.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review important information before relying on it.

11. Vision features

If you use Vision, an image or camera snapshot may be sent for AI analysis. Vision is intended to help explain, translate, describe, or reason about visual content you choose to submit.

Do not submit images containing highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable using cloud AI for that request. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or analyze the content you submit.

12. Voice features

HC Real may include speech recognition, text-to-speech, and voice interaction features. Voice input may be converted into text and processed like any other request when AI intelligence is needed.

Voice availability and quality may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, network connection, and third-party services.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use HC Real to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to bypass authentication, limits, billing, or security controls;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;
• use HC Real to generate harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal content;
• misrepresent AI output as human-created where that would be misleading or unlawful.

14. Important decisions and professional advice

HC Real is not a doctor, lawyer, accountant, financial advisor, therapist, emergency service, or professional decision-maker. AI output is provided for general assistance only.

Do not rely on HC Real as the sole source for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, employment, immigration, or other high-impact decisions. You remain responsible for your actions and decisions.

15. Your content

You retain ownership of the text, images, prompts, voice input, and other content you submit to HC Real, subject to the rights needed for us to provide the service.

By using HC Real, you grant us the limited permission needed to process your content for authentication, AI responses, vision analysis, support, security, debugging, and service operation as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

16. HC Real intellectual property

HC Real, including its name, design, branding, website, app interface, software, text, graphics, systems, and product experience, is owned by or licensed to the HC Real project.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of HC Real intellectual property to you. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use HC Real according to these Terms.

17. Availability and changes

HC Real is an evolving product. We may modify, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, models, access methods, trial offers, pricing, or integrations as the product develops or as required for security, reliability, legal compliance, or provider changes.

We try to keep HC Real available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

18. Third-party services

HC Real may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, email delivery, payments, AI inference, app distribution, analytics needed for reliability, and other operational functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

19. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account as described on the Delete Account page or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse HC Real, attempt to bypass limits or billing, create security risks, or if continued access would create legal or operational problems.

20. Disclaimers

HC Real is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that AI output will always be accurate, safe, complete, available, or suitable for your specific needs.

You use HC Real at your own discretion and are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HC Real will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

22. Privacy

Your use of HC Real is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how HC Real processes data, how local memory works, how cloud AI is used, and how account and subscription data may be handled.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as HC Real evolves. If changes are material, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, provide notice through the website, app, or email.

Continuing to use HC Real after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
