Is HC Real fully offline?

No. HC Real currently uses Groq cloud AI to generate intelligent responses. The long-term memory design is local-first, but the intelligence layer is cloud-based today.

Where is my memory stored?

Your remembered facts, notes, tasks and personal context are stored locally on your phone in the app database. HC Real’s backend is not designed to be your permanent memory store.

What goes to Groq?

When you ask for an AI answer, the active message and relevant context may be sent to Groq so the model can reply. When you use Vision, the selected image is sent for analysis.
